Times
Friday: Set Up time 10am-1:30pm; Booths open 2pm-7pm; Breakdown from 7pm-8pm.
Saturday: Set Up time 7:00am-9:30am; Booths open 10am-7pm; Breakdown from 7pm-8pm.
Early Breakdown permitted only if deemed necessary by organizers.
Booth Fees
One day: $75 for 10'x10' single booth space. $125 for 10'x10' shared booth space.
Both days: $ 100 for 10'x10' single booth space. $150 for 10'x10' shared booth space.
Space only- no tents, tables, or electricity provided. No refunds for bad weather.
Guidlines & Regulations
Accepted Artwork
Clay, pottery, drawings, paintings, photography, printmaking, jewelry, fiber, glass, leather, metal, sculpture, wood. Other art forms not listed may also be accepted, except for work that is not original, is mass produced, or is a secondary sale. No food or consumable items ( such as soaps, lotions, perfume) are permitted.
Resort Tax
The town of West Yellowstone has a 4% resort sales tax which is the responsibility of each vendor to assess on sales, collect, and make payment thereof. Instructions on how to make payment will be provided the day of the event. For a booth shared with a second vendor, each must pay the appropriate license fee.
Professional conduct
This is a community event and all vendors are expected to only display work that reflects this atmosphere. Items that do not meet this standard will be rejected and will have to be removed immediately by the vendor. Artwork that represents political statements or adult themes are not permitted.
Insurance and liability
Exhibitors participate entirely at their own risk and accept responsibility for stolen or damaged items. Exhibitors agree to release the West Yellowstone Foundation from all liability or damage to person or property and to indemnify and hold harmless the WYF for all claims, lawsuits, or judgements that may come about as a result of the use of your booth space. This indemnification also includes costs for legal representation and other expenses incurred by the WYF in connection with any action or defense
overnight
Please consider your booth will be outdoors on the Union Pacific Dining Lodge lawn and there is no overnight security at the event. We highly suggest that all two day vendors not leave items unattended overnight. Please read liability above.

Tent stakes are prohibited, please use tent weights due to possible high wind.
Exhibitors must abide by any applicable fire and venue regulations.
Exhibitors not in compliance with the guidelines and regulations will be asked to leave the festival immediately without a refund.
Cancellations: Exhibitors may cancel their participation in the festival by July 1st for a full refund of their fee. No refunds will be given after July 1st.
